Actor Rajesh Dhruva, who recently embarked on learning to play the chenda melam, revealed that it took him 15 days to master this traditional percussion instrument from Kerala. Known for his debut in the Kannada film "Shri Balaji Photo Studio," Rajesh is now collaborating with director Sukesh Shetty on his upcoming project "Peter," centered around the chenda melam.

Additionally, I underwent weight loss training to embody the appearance of a chenda artist," Rajesh shared. "In this film, we seamlessly weave folk music into the narrative aiming to offer a unique and captivating viewing experience for the audience. In today's competitive film industry, it's crucial to engage the audience and showcase the reasons why they should choose to watch our film."
